I really like studying evolution. That’s where most of my interest is. The reason I study genetics is that genetics is a really good way of studying evolution, in a lot of cases you can actually see how genes have evolved.
I study parasites because they are really highly evolved to do one thing: cause disease, so they are actually some of the most extreme examples of evolution in nature. I have worked on the evolution of other organisms, including humans but to be honest, in terms of evolution, humans are a bit boring. Bring on the parasites! 🙂
My grandma was the one who made me realise I want to work in healthcare; she passed away suddenly with heart attack and pronoun her death on the amb, we cannot even say our last goodbye.
I always wonder what happened to her, on that days. then I was able to work in the amb service for a year as a data analyst. I understood what’s happened about her sickness via data / number, not saying that I am completely knowing what’s happened to her on that day. but this experience gave me some closure
