Question: What is the strangest parasite you have watched?

By far the strangest parasite I have ever seen is called Trichomonas (you can see a picture here: https://www.news-medical.net/health/What-is-Trichomoniasis.aspx). They have 4 or 5 tails that look like tentacles and I think they look like aliens.

They are even more strange on the inside! At university, we were told that all eukaryotic organisms (plants, animals, and parasites) have mitochondria (the battery for the cell), but Trichomonas don’t have them! They are so strange that they don’t have something I used to think was absolutely essential to cells!
