Not specifically, no. One of the things I measure in cells is a marker of DNA damage, so I can tell if the treatments I’m using help to either prevent or remove DNA damage in my cell model. But I don’t intentionally target DNA or do experiments that are about DNA alone, it’s just a good marker of ageing or stress-related damage for my work. Hope that answers your question!
